The best pokemon I got from wounder trade are the gen 1 starters and gen 6 starters :D

To be honest I had no problems with them lol. My pokemon were 20 levels ahead of the E4 though....

Without a doubt Mega Gengar. His Base Sp attack is 170 and speed is 130 plus he has Shadow tag. Even if Gengar didn't have Mega but had Shadow tag it would probably be uber lol. Maybe Mega Scizor but not 100% sure. Almost all his stats got a decent boost and he was already one of the best OU...
