is there any way on the forum where i can submit my rom hack idea? since i'm not familiar with rom hacking but i've got some decent storylines and i wonder if there's such a place where i can submit it and someone makes it if they want

it doesn't work for me. everytime I try to patch with NUPS or tsukuyomi, both programs give me error messages like invaild source file or what emerald version should I use? because neither USA nor EU version works for me
