In all of my years of playing Pokemon, I have not once EV Trained any pokemon. Is it possible someone could make me a complete guide on how to EV Train? I'd like to get into online battling and I know my stats won't match up to those who enhance theirs. Thanks :)

Just a minute ago I went to the Pokemon Center and found out that three of my pokemon were infected with the Pokerus in all my life of playing Pokemon this is my first time encountering this. It's a good thing right? I heard it doubles the effort points your Pokemon receive in leveling up.

I beat Red on my second attempt and not one Pokemon on my team was even level 65 or higher.
