I know PlatinumDude but since my Celebi has -Sp Attack i don't know if that will be viable which is why i wanted to make it attack since it has perfect Attack IV :p

I got Pokebank today and i got a Celebi from that. 3IV Celebi (HP, Attack, Speed), Jolly(+Speed -Sp.Attack). Can Celebi be made into a decent Attacker or what should i do with it now that it has -Sp Attack? What is a good Attack Move set?
