What should I change in the INI to fix the gibberish?

I've been having a similar problem with G3T, the movesets and abilities are completely gibberish as well and I don't know how to fix that.

Which version of Fire Red do i need to use to patch the game? My game goes into blackscreen after the title screen.

Are you sure that there isn't any Virus on this Link? I am too anxious to Download it right now. Something seems to be wrong,the attachments seems to not work anymore,even when i tried to download Pokemon Snakewood,the attachment took me into a blank page.

The Level curve seems to rise really fast and it becomes very annoying to fight against the Trainers, i have to Grind a lot to beat them. I couldn't evolve Kirlia into Gallade, it crashed the Game when i give the Dawn Stone to Kirlia. The Mapping is really weird and Nostagic in some ways.

When i go to the Attachment to download Pokemon Snakewood, i only get an empty page instead. How could i download it without risking any Virus,i only have this Computer and i have important things on it. Thanks for Answers!!!
