The one time I gave up on playing someone else's fan game was that time I played Pokémon Prism, and I got stuck on the Magikarp puzzle, and none of the tips other players gave me were working. It was probably bugged, the game was still unfinished prior to Rainbow Devs picking it up.

I did a bit of research on how to run RPG Maker games such as games made in Pokémon Essentials on the Switch (if that is what IF uses), and all of the results I got say that you would need to use an SD card to install it. I've not tried it before, so you'd probably need to look at tutorials on...
