I speed and Attack EV trained my Ninjask, and was wondering if at level 100 Can he one hit a level 100 Mewtwo.

No but my Question is Fire Red and Leaf Green Effort Ribbon? Or can you get one in FR LG?

I used 10 Carbos and 10 Protein to start then I am training 152 in each stat.. who will give me the effort Ribbon on FR LG?

I know that, But here is my Dilema I am EV training my Ninjask, Attack then Speed after get 152 of each I was gonna hit the Elite 4 for the rest of my levels? Will that work correctlly?

Is there a max per level or does it appear boom at 100 or boom at 100 when you put it in the box?

I need all information someone can give me on exactly how these work.
