Here are the fronts and backs of them. I don't think they are stickers...because if that's the case they are terrible stickers because they don't come off easy lol.

I can't seem to find the dragonite promo 18/T anywhere! I found the set on ebay but I only want the dragonite and I keep coming up with the wb dragonite promo or the gb dragonite! If anyone knows of a good place to find cards or find this specific one please let me know! Thanks
