I’m a little bit confused by the re-usable TM situation. Some TMs are re-usable and some aren’t. I used the Aerial Ace TM and it’s gone. I used the Thunderbolt TM and I still have it. I used the Brick Break TM and it’s gone. I used the Scald TM and I still have it. Is this an oversight or intended?

Anyone know where the Move Relearner is? I swear I found him at some point, but I can't remember where.
