Ubers and ou are tiers in which all the pokemon are classified based on how good they are google it for more info. If we can use legendaries then its automaticly ubers.

well i have loads of shinies but most of them were made via masuda method so they have bad natures and/or ivs. Except for a lv 1 shiney jolly evee.
