Almost always fire. Partially due to tradition, and partially due to which one's appearance I liked best. Gen II was a difficult choice between Cyndaquil and Chickorita, but I ultimately liked Cyndaquil's final form better. Gen V is my only exception so far, as I went with Snivy the grass type...

Yeah I did! It looks pretty amazing to me. :) I know I will some of those Why did they change that!? moments, but I will get over it sooner or later.

I've wonder traded countless times, but have never gotten anything super exciting. It was funny the one time I traded away an Espurr as I was breeding a pile of them at the time, and in return I got another Espurr. A pretty pointless trade if you ask me! It was still funny though.

My shiny Espurr of course. It was my first successful time attempting Masuda Method on purpose (I got a shiny magby not on purpose once). Anyways, Espurr is one of my top fave pokemon right now so I really wanted a shiny one. It took me around just over 100 eggs and it even had a hidden ability...

Torchic for sure! I love all three, but way back when Torchic was my very first starter ever, so I'm sticking with him! I even still have my level 100 Blaziken from my very first file ever. Can't wait!
