You have to set date time to default then head to frozen heights and chat with a NPC outside of LAB, he will fix the RTC for you, but it's only 1 per game. If it's not working then sorry to your daughter.

All pokemon spite such as metapod on tree will result in freezing game if touch it. I suggest we can battle any pokemon roam around such as rattata in grass. 1st trainner is very tough for player when we have only starter.

I only want that "sword and shield" pokemon 😃
