    Oh no, I wasn't thinking of brand new NPCs, but if you overwrote current NPCs that trade you pokemon? Like in Snowbelle City, a NPC will trade you a Bisharp for a Jigglypuff, but what if you made them give you a mythical pokemon (let's say Volcanion) for a hard to get pokemon (maybe Haxourous...

    Ooo, I love this idea of a hack! I think you said that the only changes is all Vivillion forms available, but is there a way to get the mythicals also? I know it would be a lot of work, but what if a one time trade with an npc gave a mythical instead? Just a thought :P but thanks for reading
