Wow! Love your retro Pokemons! Plus, especially like the fact you actually demaked 4th(5th?) gen pokemons (I do not know why; I must be weird [--;]).

Overall I view that your hack is pretty decent. It is just a personal preference, but the tiles should have a more subdued palette so it blend in with the other tiles. (I do not recommend increasing the saturation of the Fire Red tiles to make it blend with your tiles). Also what is up with...

Sorry about the delay in checking on the thread. Nevertheless, still sprited the fakemons. One questions before I get started on the trainer sprites.... When should I do the back sprites for the fakemon?

Personally I like photoshop since it supports layer. This is really handy when you are trying to scratch sprite. XP MS paint is really great but I just wish there was some shortkeys for like the pencil and eraser tool ( or is there?).

Ok got your requests. I'm not very great at interpreting overworld sprites, so have a look a some sketches I've done. (Damn cannot draw pokemon style) Also from you PM you said, "3. Random trainer sprites=OW" what do you mean? Random trainer overworld or sprites? Moreover I am a lazy...

OK Bolens done the sprite that you asked for.... It is a random steel ram(the edible one) that reminds me of Dialga. Anyway thanks!! P.S This is my first fakemon.I usually do trainer sprites or fusions.

WOW!! I agree with all the other people, the sprites look really official, and amazing. Only thing I can critcize is that some shading is a little out in some parts.

These are some of my comments on your sprites... 1.shading. There is no dimensionallity. It doesn't make sense (as in it is impossible for objects/anything to have that kind of shading, in reality). 2. lines. There is no anti-alising. In pixel art,pencil art, painting in photoshop or real life...

um.... I am quite certain the Pokeball doesn't lead to a new dimension. If you watch the anime and the manga the pokemon's are just minimised.(sorry if i'm wrong) But who cares, I really love the idea, very original. However Pikachu isn't very original. All seasons of the anime have it.... there...
