Silver Wolfox

Hi! I'm Silver Wolfox, and I like foxes. Foxes are one of the reasons I play Pokemon. Especially Eevee. Recently, I've discovered that the Pokeradar (in Diamond and Pearl) can greatly help in the hunting of shiny pokemon. I am endeavoring to catch a shiny Eevee... but I have yet to locate even a normal Eevee with the pokeradar... and I think Eevee is now extinct (in the wild) in my game.
If someone knows what's happening, and how I can easily get a shiny Eevee (without a Gameshark or Action Replay), could you please tell me?

I enjoy playing Pokemon (obviously), drawing, playing other games, eating, playing other games, taking care of my pet dog, Dory, playing more Pokemon, searching for fox-themed merchandise in almost every store I visit, and contemplating gruesome deaths for that racoon @#$!, Tom Nook.
