In all my years of playing Blue, I have never ever come across a truck. Is it even real?

In Blue, I evolve it into either Vaporeon or Flareon, depending on what my mood is, and in Gold, it always seems to end up as an Espeon. I am trying to get an Umbreon, but it's not exactly working.
