I'm definitely going to go with Tsutaaja. I hope he's going to evolve into some epic dragon! (Not going to happen though) I'm not sure why everyone keeps calling it a Treecko clone. The only reason they keep getting compared, is the fact that they're both Grass type, they're both reptiles...

I love the new building. Is it some kind of lab, or do all the people in Terra have hi-tech buildings? The new legendary is EPIC btw. I can't wait to see the others (Especially the alien one).

I don't think adding a Follow Me system would benefit the game much at this stage. There are already so many new ideas and gameplay mechanics, that adding another one would just take up too much time without adding to the already AWESOME game.
