Hey, since the EV cap was up to 512, but the Total EV is still 1512, is there a way to decrease EV in the game ? Can i find the berries that decrease EV ?

Hey, i finished this amazing game and i wanted to do the ng+. But i was wondering if we keep the card with our pokemon . And if we keep them, do they stay at the same or do they "de-volve" like the pokemon, like do my porygon-Z plat card stay the same or do it become a porygon Plat card ?

I have a question. If i do a NG+, am i going to keep the card on my team ? If yes, does those cards are going to be the same or they will "de-volve" with my pokemon ?
