    Emerald hack: Pokémon Elite Redux v1.6.1 [complete] — Unique Multi-Ability Difficulty Hack

    I can't get the basement key from Wattson. After beating the fifth gym, I checked to see if Wattson was walking around mauville. He wasn't. I've since become champion and he's still just in his gym. How am I supposed to get the basement key? I asked in discord and nobody knew what I should do.
