    It's fixed! I talked to Oak again, and apparently I had a bonus chapter that started with a flash back to the beginning of the game, when you let his Pokemon out, and when it ended, I was Red again!

    I'm actually having the same issue (stuck as Red's mom after Buhi). I'm using JohnGBA on Android.
