    [Other] 5th Gen Attack Editing

    Hi! I was wondering what I need to edit in order for Outrage, Petal Dance and other similar moves to work like normal moves? No matter what edit I do they still hit for 2-3 turns and confuses the user.

    It's such a shame Charizard can't learn any good special attacks apart from dragon claw and flamethrower so with that said, if you could give charizard an extra special attack what would it be?     Hi there! I just got an NDS for last week and one of the first games I got was Pokemon Platinum. I'm pretty new to the experience of 4th gen gaming so I'll be looking around here for some interesting ideas on pokemon.
