Hi, i'm on chapter 9 The storm Approaching. It says I need to go north from route 15 and meet Narcy and Ferros at the gate on Route 16. I've gone north from 15 and got to the bit of land with the bit that's blocked off but no one is here. Have I missed something or gone the wrong way? I think...

I can't get past a trainer on route 1. Every time I beat his first Pokemon, I get an error message and he won't send out his next Pokemon.
