What about in x y and omega ruby alpha sapphire does powersave let u change Pokemon gender in those games?

Am new to the hacking scene. But anyway I was wondering about this powersaves thing. I am wanting a female popplio and am wondering can a powersaves change a pokemons gender ? Or is it just limited to money and shiny pokemon ?
