I think primal Rayquaza would ruin online battling forever. Since Primal Pokemon evolve separately to Mega Pokemon, those online scrubs could have Primal Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza, AND a Mega. If anymore Primal Pokemon should be added, there needs to be a one Primal per battle rule.
