    maximum amount of energy question

    Is there a maximum number of energy cards you can attach to a pokemon? I ask because my Blastoise has an attack that does 60 damage plus 10 extra damage for every water type energy attached to him. Can i attach 10 water energy to him and do 160 damage each time?
