Well at the end of Soulsilver you go from fighting Poke's in their mid 50s or something to Ash who has a Volt tackling Pikachu in the 80s and five other pokes around 80. Not to mention hes the first with a geniunely smart AI.

I never caught the lightning type of roaming dogs in soulsilver. In the end I used a masterball because even with 1 hp, paralysis I couldn't catch it.. cbf to get mean look
