No, not that. The Storm cutscene that is in the video is what I'm after, Spriters-Resource doesn't have it (annoyingly)

Just create a loadbg, make sure its in the Pictures folder and make sure it is the same resolution as your game screen (default 480x320)

Did you even read the OP (Original Post) thoroughly? There is actually a story (not sure if its the final one though) for Explorers version of Blue Chrome.
