Black Clover. Early eps is just the main character screaming all the time. Then as you progress, the screaming decreases and will enjoy the episode more.

Depends. I mainly prefer Subs but if i came across a dub that did good like FullMetal Alchemist and Cowboy Bebop? I'd watch it.
