Catch an exeggute and evolve it into exeggutor. With that u will have an excellent grass/psychic duo.

Entei and Raikou appear at random but you will definitely encounter Suicune in Pokemon Crystal.

Yes it will learn submission if u evolve it with a water stone. But I personally don't like this move because it hurts ur Pokemon in recoil.

You may use kadabra or banette or machoke. I too am playing Pokemon emerald and I always have these three in my party . They are really good.

Train your pokemon a bit more, they are underlevelled. You should also use a fighting type pokemon.
