    Hey guys I'm new I spoke to the Lavender town radio tower dude... after fixing the powerplant...and of course he said "Here take this, it's the EXPN card that lets you use your Pokegear Radio" The Problem is... the card never showed up in my inventory, and its not on my Pokegear. Essentially...
