    [Repost | R/S/E] How to change starter Pokémon (with a Hex-Editor)

    Someone on another message board linked to a reeeeeally easy program called A-Starter. I looked for the author's site on Google and I couldn't find it, so I can upload it to one of those free file hosts. Does anyone have a preference (Rapidshare, MegaUpload, YouSendIt, etc.)?
