    Black hack: Pokemon Vicious Black

    started a playthrough recently and the levels seem to have done a weird jump. especially right after the 2nd gym, where it went from a level 20 gym leader battle to level 24 random trainers inside pinwheel forest. searched for a trainer roster and it says they should be level 21, so no idea what...
