    I disagree. It's funny because, as you put it, "to see such things in this show...is about as likely as seeing fights on Barney." That's humour. A perfectly valid response, I respect your opinion.

    Of course he did! His main point was that most or all of the episodes after this point in the story were rubbish, so they should have ended it there and then on a high note, with some of Ash's older (better) pokemon returning to save the day.
