Sorry for double post, but I've finished the list and I wanted to give this a little bump. Here's a list of every pokemon, and a quick note of how it's obtained in the game. Also, I made marks of where everything is on my map.

In that case, how about Growlithe at level 28 (I want him to know Fire Fang) :) Besides that, if you want to get the Dratini to a level where it'll evolve soon, that'd be cool. Or if you want to evolve the Paras. Thanks again. =)

No, not really. The Vulpix is just for breeding and the Swinub and Paras are for dexfills. Although if the Growlithe could be male, that'd probably be best. Don't kill yourself over it, though. ;) Besides that, levels don't really matter too much.
