What do you do after beating Elite four? Is there somewhere I can go now that I previously couldn't? Any new Team Rocket missions I can do?

Alright I see, well since cheats don't seem to work on the emulator I'm using I'll just have to restart then unfortunately.

Can anyone help or am I stuck and forced to restart?

I got the card key in saffaron for silph but I was defeated and sent back to poekmon center now I don't have the card key anymore is there a way to get it back?

So far everything is really fun! Just searching for a Fire stone. Have you added any new item locations or are they the same with the original?
