Many mugshots used in pokemon fan games are just modified versions of the original ones. It becomes kinda tiring to see the same faces and poses over and over again. Why not try to draw some completely new mugshots? Here's some mugshots templates I made using PS so they are in psd form...

Just had a try. The pallet has already been adjusted into 16 colors and the background color is at the first. Oops, it seems that I forgot to turn the picture back. You can do the horizontal flip by Photoshop or something.
