    Okay, I'm having a new problem. I downloaded everything and ran it using my python install but it didn't work- The cmd prompt did say success, but it wasn't actually successful. The CFRU worked like a charm, but DPE doesn't generate the result .gba file.

    That definitely seems like the way to go, actually. I'm able to use PGE and G3T with Fire Red, so I think I'll stick with that. But- About manually making 300+ pokemon... Any luck on a patch that does that for me? Fills out the dex? Even to just gen 5 or 6 would be helpful.
