this game is truely amazing, the screenshots look cool in my opinion. i think you'll be able to finish this game,as seeming you're with scripting *cough* netplay plus *cough*

i'm a mate of blizzy and i think he clearly said you can only use his starterkit for games, not to build another starterkit with it
