Ok I'm sick and tired of those "can't save", if you had read the first post you wouldn't be screwed right now.

Aqua (Suf, Waterfall, Strength, Fly) and Saibamen (Cut and Rock Smash).

Why would you need those ?

If you only use your starter it's easy. You can come back later to catch Piccolo or whatever fighter you wanna play with.

Why ? It's just about pressing a key.

By using the speed button I went from the starting point to the Pokémon Tower in less than 40m you know.

At this point ? You haven't even beaten the 4 kai yet ! I solved your problem simply by looking at the Pokémon Tower floors' maps... I deleted all my save files later even though I had already beaten the 4 kai and Team Pilaf in the Sevii Islands because I couldn't use cheats nor patch the game...

Delete all your saves, your emulator and restart everything from zero with VBA (version 1.72).

You're using VBA ?

Go beat Pilaf in West City and come back after. Look at your scouter.

Why the hell would you use cheat codes to go to Birth Island ? Can't you fucking find the Aurora Pass ? VBA 1.72 Automatic Flash128k You can catch Buu more easily at the Victory Road.

Whis -> Birth Island C-16 -> Given by a NPC at Capsule corp. Yeah you can't get the other Gods without using a cheat code. Gohan has the SSG form, Vegeta has the SSB form and Goku has both (SSG Goku evolves into SSB Goku at level 55).

I can't get it to work either on VBA, though the I can make items appear on my PC.
