Does this game have a post game battle facility?

The current Version has that ability. From the Changes document:

I just saw a Zigzagoon after midday on Route 110. Isnt it not supposed to be avalaible then?

I dont know if its because I am using a Red save file I downloaded to just test some of the later parts of the hack or something but I'm getting pokemon "leveling down" to level 50 when in the SS Anne tournament or in the random trainer.

Just asking if this has Emerald's PRNG glitch fixed? Couldnt find it in the documentation.

Seel is in the Whirl Islands just like in the normal version of Crystal.

He is a very rare wild pokemon in the grass outside the powerplant during the day.

All those, and every other trainer (except Red) have the same levels as in HGSS.

Update (05/04/2019): Cleaned up some minor grammar mistakes in the dialogue.

I stuffed up the tile on Route 4 in the last update yesterday and make it a jumping ledge instead of a normal one. This is now fixed.

I have never encountered a problem in my testing. You would have to defeat the Elite 4 and Red again to unlock the decorations if you have already beaten them in an old file.

40. They were 50 before which meant that Zapdos didn't know a damage dealing electric attack when you encountered it.

Update (01/03/2019): Adjusted the levels of the 3 legendary birds to have a more appropriate move set when you encounter them. Made all but one of the unobtainable decorations unlock upon defeating the Elite 4. Made the Gold Trophy unlock upon defeating Red.
