Can you load a Platinum QoL save on a Following Platinum rom? Following Platinum is basically OG Platinum except your lead Pokemon follows you, like in HGSS.

I hate to break it to you, but the creator of this rom hack is no longer developing it due to a lack of time for rom hacking. I discovered a bug as well.

1. It would have been better to not have the movesets from gen 8 or the move power/accuracy from gen 6. That deviates from the original Heart Gold Version way too much. 2. As for trade evolutions, you could have included NPCs on the 2nd floor of each Pokemon Center that can simulate trades...

The legendary beasts could be made legal without having the roaming IV glitch if their data is taken from Colosseum or an event. I think that Pokemon Throwback, another Pokemon FRLG rom hack, did this.

So why does this rom hack contain the Battle Tower, but not the Battle Frontier as a whole?

Too bad this rom hack didn't bring back the level 16 Raticate on Mt. Moon. One of the best mini boss fights in Red and Blue's early game.

It would probably be better to just have a simulated trade feature in-game. I would recommend adding such an NPC at Jubilife City's GTS building. Talk to the NPC, he/she offers to let you simulate a trade, and you'll be able to achieve a trade evolution that way. RitcherSnipes had such a...

There's a glitch where when my Pokemon is getting healed, the Pokemon following me just stays where it's at while the healing process is going through, instead of going back into its Pokeball.

I get an error message when trying to patch the rom. An error has occurred: xdelta3: target window checksum mismatch: XD3_INVALID_INPUT Update: Nevermind. I learned that I have to apply the Following Platinum mod first.

If you're playing on hard mode, does the lack of badge boosts affect the Battle Frontier?

Would it be possible to cap EVs at 252?

This is a great rom hack. Same with Throwback. You should also make similar QoL mods for the 4th generation games.

This looks great. It reminds me of the Emerald Revelations rom hack.

Is there a version of this rom hack that doesn't change any of the core gameplay mechanics (movesets, movepools, etc)?
