I recently got the steel beak and gold powder and their item description says the "boost the power of flying/bug type moves", but the guy who gave the gold powder said it makes "bug type pokemon 25% stronger" so does the item improve damage of every move that bug types deal or is just a slightly...

I'm near the end of Part three and I've realized that the meowth cave quest only beginds after talking to a random guy... I don't remember where all of the caves are I remembered the one beneath the fire fighting town and the one to the right of bluebell, but the others are a mystery even though...
