I'm still using that Chandelure in Black, she's Lv81 with Flame Body and a Lonely nature. Moveset is Will-O-Wisp, Shadow Ball, Flamethrower and Energy Ball (yes, they're all TMs).

I remember catching her as a Litwick and she's gotten tough since then.
