Emerald hack: Pokémon Scorched Silver v1.3 [Complete]
I am having a hell of a time trying to find Raikou. Idk if I somehow missed the second encounter or if it's bugged or something. It isn't registered in my Pokedex, so I assume that means that it isn't roaming yet. Where is the second encounter supposed to occur before it starts roaming? Any...- TCountess70
