New update v0.2.2 is out now. This is mostly a bugfix patch, but there are some new features that have been added. Most notably, I've imported Emerald Rogue's battle speed-up system (credit to Pokabbie). This should be compatible with v0.2.1 save files btw.

As of right now, there are totem battles planned for the whole game. You know TBH I never played gen 7. I always thought you could catch totem Pokemon in that game >_>

I actually did change Bonemerang to work like Freeze Dry against Flying types. Unfortunately Cubone isn't in the regional dex anymore I might do it for Dust Devil too, but I'm trying to avoid "effect creep" if that makes sense.

That's supposed to be a hidden grotto. There's another tile error back by the rockers that's blocking the ladder that leads to the exit. I just posted a hotfix to the discord that fixes both of these issues.

You can buy the ability items at the plaza in Pitchblak City. There will also be a nature changer here eventually, but I'm still working on that. Their stats are the same, but all the starters evolve into new regional forms with new signature moves! Spoilers for people who want to do a blind...

Side note: the Seedot line is NOT supposed to be in the regional dex. I took it out a long time ago, but I just realized that I forgot to change some encounter tables. Good news is that you should be fine to play through the game with it. The only issue is that it will make the Pokédex glitch...

Hello everyone. I've been taking a break from dev work lately after getting burnt out. But now I'm back and ready to finish the game! Here is a new version that addresses some of the bugs in the last update.

Like Feebas in gen 3, you have to max out one of its contest stats then level it up. You get Atroceon with max coolness and Voxeon with max smartness. There should be an evolution guide in the zip file FYI. The starters have their level up movesets from gen 7/8 like most things in the game. So...

All v0.2 versions go up to the 6th gym. v0.2.1, v0.2.2, etc. would just be bug fixes and other minor things. The next big release is v1.0 which will go up to the E4 + champion.
