I swear, either I have a lv 2 Bidoof in my box or a Rayquaza. I don't have too many pokemon that are kinda 'middle range' value. Aerodactyl, Kabuto, modest magic guard Cleffa, or I could give you some items.

Say I'm training with a Power Lens (Sp. Atk). I fight a Geodude that gives some defense EVs. Are those EVs still added to my Pokemon? Because I always thought that no matter which Pokemon I fight I'd only get a flat 4 Sp. Attack EVs, but then I was reading some information that said otherwise.

I may teach my Houndoom rest if I know if it's ability, Early Bird, would make him wake up quicker from using Rest. Anyone know?
