    Emerald hack: Super Mariomon

    so i beat the game legitimately, then turned on Content creator mode to see what it did. out of curiousity, does it lock shiny encounters? or am i just VERY unlucky, cause i've been running around the shiny Galaxy with a lure and the shiny charm, and nothing's sparkled yet.
