Hi, same problem here. However nostalgic it sounds to my ears I'd rather have a fresh experience. The mediafire link on the projectpokemon thread (can't post a link because of posting restrictions) includes a source folder with the ASM files. I think "AlwaysGBSounds.s" is the culprit.
