I grew up in England (hence the nickname) and first discovered Pokemon when it happened to show up on CN Too (some old UK channel) at 10pm, which I unfortunately missed since I had to got to bed, but I kept looking around and caught some more episodes here and there before finally getting my hands on Pokemon Diamond and LeafGreen, from there it was history.

Most of my friends fell out of love with the franchise over some summer before I turned like 10, it literally felt like it happened overnight :/ but I kept with it and now I'm a sad uni student who's still watching the anime every week and eagerly awaiting every new announcement. Heck, I even met Veronica Taylor back in 2018!
