    Marowak were apparently supposed to evolve into kangaskhan, and the infant in the kangaskhans pouch was a cubone without its mothers skull on its head. This makes sense because kangaskhan hatch from eggs already with the infant in its pouch, however, khangaskans skull would be way too big to fit...
